Shipping & Payment Method

Geoff’s IT Products ships throughout Canada and the United States. Standard shipping prices for all packages in Canada and the U.S. are $35 (Standard UPS or Fedex Delivery is used in most cases – with delivery to your destination with 2 to 5 business days.) Due to the fact that I have distribution centres in the US and Canada. And the items may ship to you from any of those locations – any duty or custom fee’s are the responsibility of the buyer.

*** If your delivery is of urgent nature and you require overnight shipping, arrangements can be made to provide this service to you – and there may be an additional shipping fee. ***

Once your package is shipped you will receive the corresponding invoice and tracking number for your order.

International Shipping:

Geoff's IT Products ships can ship most products internationally. Standard international shipping cost is $85. Any custom or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Free Shipping:

Any retail items that ship for free will be shipped via Standard Ground Delivery – arriving between 2 to 5 business days.

Electronic delivered items are emailed FREE, however nny electronic delivered items are usually emailed to the end user between 2 to 3 business days.

Payment:

All on-line payments are made via Visa or Mastercard. If you wish to have a Pay Pal Invoice sent to you for the item, we can certainly accommodate that method of payment as well.  Any large quantity orders – other methods of payment can be discussed (Direct Deposit, Wire Transfer)

Returns:

Any returned items will be subject to a $20 restocking/return fee and any returned items that are not the fault of the seller – shipping charges will be incurred by the buyer.
